The Anima health clinic was founded in 2026 in Moncton by Pascale D'Astous (D.Psy.) and Alexis Ruffié (Ost.).

 

In Latin, Anima primarily means "soul" and "vital principle." It refers to the "breath" that animates a living being, distinct from the purely rational mind.

 

Since we met and throughout our professional journeys, we envisioned a meaningful healthcare space. We dreamed of a dynamic and supportive environment for healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development. We also wanted a place for our clients that was open and welcoming in its aesthetics and values. From this vision, the Anima clinic was born.
