01 Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy is intended for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of themselves, their experiences, and their relationships. It also offers specialized support for psychological and emotional difficulties, helping individuals move toward greater balance and wellbeing.
02 Couples Psychotherapy
Couples therapy supports partners who are experiencing relational challenges, tension, communication difficulties, or emotional disconnection. It aims to create a safe and supportive space to foster deeper understanding, restore communication, and strengthen the relationship bond.
03 EMDR Psychotherapy ("Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing")
Some experiences continue to live within us long after the events themselves have passed. EMDR (“Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing”) is a therapeutic approach that helps process these difficult experiences so they gradually become less overwhelming in the present.
Through bilateral stimulation, this approach supports the nervous system’s natural ability to integrate experiences and may help reduce emotional distress, anxiety, intense physical reactions, or relational patterns rooted in past experiences. EMDR can foster a greater sense of safety within oneself, in relationships, and in one’s personal history.
04 Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision offers a space for reflection and professional dialogue for psychologists wishing to deepen and refine their practice. It supports professional growth, strengthens clinical confidence, and encourages care that remains thoughtful, attuned, and responsive to the needs of those being supported.
05 Teletherapy
We also offer remote services to facilitate access to psychotherapy. Our psychotherapists are available to provide teletherapy services throughout New Brunswick.
